The
Mars Red Felt Game Mat is designed especially for land
games on distant planets or moons. The felt color was specifically chosen
because it is the perfect
compliment to any sci-fi tabletop game without causing
eye strain. The felt mat has been airbrushed with various shades of paint and has been silk screen printed
with a Rock Scatter Pattern to further create the feel of a desolate planet/moon surface.
As with all Hotz
Artworks felt game mats, the mats have been treated with
a protective fabric binder that helps to prevent pilling and
other forms of wear normally associated with felt, and also
helps to protect the air brushed art surfaces -- these mats are designed to take normal
gaming punishment and should last a very long time.
Silk screen printed grid patterns: You have the choice of purchasing game mats printed with 1, 1½, 2, 3, 4 or 5 inch
hexes or 1, 2 or 4 inch squares, or you may choose a game mat without hexes. Mats are available in the following sizes:
