Paved Felt Highways is designed especially for games using 25mm (1/64th; Hot Wheels/Match Box/Johnny Lightning) scale, or 6mm (1/285th or 1/300th
scale micro-armor)
The 25mm roads can be used with smaller 20mm (1/80th) scale, up to the larger 28mm (1/58th) scale. We have had customers use
25mm scale roads with 18mm (large 15mm) scale miniatures/vehicles.
Our road system
allows you to make a highway road system as big or as small as you need. Roadways are designed to be geomorphic and therefore
gives you an endless array of roadway layout possibilities. Hotz Mats Paved Felt Highways sections come ready to use:
no cutting or painting required, they lay flat on any gaming surface (works best on gaming mats and/or flat carpets), are easy
to transport and store, folds/creases that may develop during storing are easily and quickly ironed out,
designed to last many years of normal gaming use and look fantastic!
As with all Hotz
Artworks felt products, Paved Felt Highways parts have been treated with
a protective fabric binder that helps to prevent pilling and
other forms of wear normally associated with felt, and also
helps to protect the air brushed art surfaces -- these mats are designed to take normal
gaming punishment and should last a very long time.
Paved Felt Highways Sizing:
The 25mm Scale Roadways are 6 inches wide, while our 6mm Scale Paved Felt Highways are 2 inches wide.
Both road scales depict the standard 2-lane highway.
Individual 25mm scale pieces range in length from 7 to 36 inches, while our 6mm roads vary in length from 7 to 22 inches.
These products can be shipped rolled,
or shipped folded to world wide addresses.
White Line Highways: Paved Felt
Highways are also available with ALL white lines (no Yellow
lines) to better match the roadways in Europe. The price is
the same as the standard yellow/white lined highway. If this
is what you would like to purchase, simply purchase the regular
road system and then send us an email, or place this request
in the comments box option while paying using PayPal. Note that
we confirm all orders before shipping so you will have plenty
of time to make this request.
Ordering Weathered Highways: Weathered
Paved Felt Highways are also available. The price for 25mm scale
roadways: is an additional $10 for Set No.1 through No.3 and
$15 additional for Sets No.4 and No.5. For 6mm road sets, there

Storing Paved Felt Highways: Always store these road sections
either rolled or laid flat. Any folds/creases that may develop can
easily and quickly be ironed out with a light
steam setting. Always
iron on the reverse side of the road sections.
